“In my previous blog, I wrote about the challenges a middle class, unaccredited “Jane Investor” would face in the emerging “crowdfunding for the masses” high impact startup financing landscape.  Basically, Jane’s challenge is that of the good but casual gambler competing in the World Series of Poker.  Anything is possible, but the odds are stacked pretty high against her.

Today, my focus is on the other side of the high impact startup equation, John Entrepreneur.  While the analysis is a bit different, the conclusion is pretty much the same.  John Entrepreneur would, in general, also be better off staying away from the crowdfunding for the masses market.” Click here to read more.
