Jordan represents early-stage investment funds, accelerators, angel investors and all those in between. He also supports emerging technology companies and startup founders in the full range of their industry-specific corporate needs and through their early-stage investment rounds and cap table changes.
Jordan is adept at closing private market investment transactions of all kinds, including stock purchases, convertible debt financings, SAFE’s, option and warrant issuances, merger transaction, and asset purchases. Jordan further assists clients with corporate governance matters such as entity formation and conversion, Carta and cap table management, and securities and regulatory compliance.
His commercial contracts experience includes structuring joint ventures and drafting joint venture agreements, and drafting and negotiating agreements for revenue share, distribution, consulting, and technology licensing and services.
Jordan has worked both in-house at VC funds and publicly traded corporations, as well as in private practice.

Jordan loves to travel, ever since his days “singing for his supper” on international cruise liners during college. He’s spent time in multiple countries on every continent (except Antarctica). Mexico has been his favorite hangout lately, having lived and worked in the Yucatan, Jalisco, Guanajuato, Quintana Roo, Nayarit, Puebla, and the Capital City District.
