She assists with a variety of transactional matters including drafting and revising documents, business entity formation, incorporations, financings, conversions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate maintenance, general administrative tasks, and much more. Before joining Michael Best, Samantha gained experience as a market researcher for a legal services consultancy.
