Aaron advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters. He specializes in equity and debt financing transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, and a wide variety of strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, spin-outs, and buying and selling assets, as well as general corporate law and governance matters. He has also assisted public companies with public offerings, SEC compliance and reporting obligations.
Aaron counsels technology, life science, consumer brands, and other emerging growth companies and their boards from incorporation through exit.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Aaron was a Corporate and Securities Partner and Chair of the Emerging Companies Group at a Texas-based national law firm. Aaron also practiced as a corporate and securities senior attorney in the Austin office of an AmLaw 50 business law firm.
