Christian focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, working with companies at all stages—from start-ups to established businesses.
Before joining the firm, Christian gained valuable experience as a law clerk at a multinational infrastructure and engineering company, where he handled a variety of contracts, including general contractor, subcontractor, nondisclosure, and commercial lease agreements. He also supported the company’s M&A team by reviewing purchase agreements and identifying key business and legal terms to help manage risk.
Christian’s unique background also includes serving as a Parliamentary Intern in the United Kingdom House of Commons, where he curated legal briefs and conducted policy research during the Brexit negotiations, giving him a unique perspective on the intersection of law and politics.
Christian is a proud “double Tar Heel,” having received his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, Christian served as a staff member of the North Carolina Law Review before joining the executive board of the North Carolina Journal of International Law.
