Kaitlyn represents startups in corporate and transactional matters including entity formation, governance, funding, contracts, and general business issues.
While pursuing her law degree, Kaitlyn served as a Law Clerk and a Summer Associate at Michael Best. She was also a Student Associate for the University of Wisconsin’s Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic where she helped innovators start and grow their companies, including advising on intellectual property protection and a wide range of contractual matters.
