Samantha works with entrepreneurs, businesses, and investors on a variety of transactional matters, guiding them through the financing process. With a background in integrative biology, she brings a unique perspective to ventures in the life sciences and health industries.
Before joining Michael Best full-time, Samantha gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate with the firm. She also worked as a law clerk at a Chicago-based business law firm, where she handled legal issues in securities cases. During law school, she also served as a legal assistant in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
