From her earliest memories, Elaina has had a front-row seat to the remarkable journey of an entrepreneur – her dad, whose unwavering pursuit of his dreams ignited her own passion for innovation and business. Prior to her legal career, Elaina found a passion for entrepreneurial energy in the Clifton Builders program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. As a Clifton Builder, she was certified as a Gallup Consultant in employee engagement. Consulting with local startups was one of the most impactful elements of the program for her – it not only provided her with firsthand insights into the challenges entrepreneurs face during their early stages, but it allowed her the opportunity to develop strategic solutions to overcome those obstacles.
