As the leader of Michael Best’s Licensing & Technology Agreements team, Jeff frequently assists clients with planning and negotiating technology transactions with suppliers, distributors, and development partners, as well as other strategic alliances. He also has significant experience assisting start-up clients with licensing technologies from universities and federal labs.
