Clients have described Lyndon as “a businessman who is also a lawyer.” For 37 years, he has served small and large businesses, personally handling many business issues and then selecting and quarterbacking a team that handles all other issues that businesses face. Lyndon’s skills and experience include acting as outside general counsel to various business entities; creating and advising new corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other entities; advising clients about entity selection and formation, contract preparation, and review; assisting clients in their acquisition, disposition, or merger transactions; preparing limited or private offering documents for offerings exempt from registration under federal and state securities laws; and advising clients regarding compliance with federal and state securities laws. He has represented many clients from start-up through various rounds of investment and ultimately through disposition. Lyndon has served colleagues as chair of the Securities Section of the Utah State Bar, and has served his community as chair of his city’s planning commission.
