Vivian is a business-minded attorney who works alongside emerging and high growth start-ups, private and public technology companies, and video game studios, developers, and publishers on an array of corporate and commercial matters. She specializes in advising emerging growth companies on entity formation, corporate governance, venture financings, employment matters, equity management, and more. Vivian also supports clients spanning multiple industries on commercial matters, such as professional services and master services agreements, terms of services, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, and licensing agreements.
Before joining Michael Best, Vivian focused on corporate and commercial transactions with venture law boutique O&A, P.C. Earlier, Vivian practiced law at large international law firms, with disciplines in antitrust recovery and litigation for Fortune 500 companies.
Vivian received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was the executive senior editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice.
